Order Processing Details
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days depending on the below deadlines:
Standard orders must be placed by 11:59 PM EST to start processing on next day
Orders received after 1PM EST on Saturday and Sunday are processed the next business day
During peak holiday and promotional periods order processing times may be increased.

Delivery Days
For standard 3 Day shipping, 2 Day and Next Day shipping, USPS will deliver your package between Monday – Saturday. Please note USPS will not deliver packages on Sunday.

pre-order and backorder items

We offer items for purchase before they arrive in stock. When you pre-order these items, we’ll ship them out 1–2 business days after they become available at our warehouse. Normally within 15 business days.
You can tell if you’re purchasing an item that is a pre-order item on the product page. Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll make sure to send you a shipping confirmation email once the item leaves our warehouse.
